1. Can you really get the pet smell out, or just cover it up?
We get it out. Urine soaks down into the backing and infill, so a spray on top only hides the smell for a day. We treat it down where it lives. If it’s been building for years, it can take a repeat visit, and we’ll tell you that upfront.
2. Can’t I just hose it down myself?
A hose helps, and rinsing between visits is a good habit. But it mostly rinses the top and pushes liquid deeper. Dust, grime, and old urine stay packed down in the infill. Keep rinsing, and let us handle the deep clean.
3. Why does my turf smell worse in summer?
Heat and moisture. The Phoenix sun bakes whatever is sitting in your turf and brings old odor back up, and monsoon storms can wake it up again. If it smells worst on hot days or after rain, that’s usually old buildup, not something new.
4. How often should my turf be cleaned?
